PuTTY wish cmdline-licence

summary: Command-line tools should have an option to display licence
class: wish: This is a request for an enhancement.
difficulty: fun: Just needs tuits, and not many of them.
priority: medium: This should be fixed one day.

It would make it easier for people to abide by the terms of our licence if
the various command-line tools had options to display the licence in the
same way that the GUI tools have licence windows.  This would mean that
verbatim distributions of our binaries would automatically be conforming.
